我去澳門就食安德魯,人地黎香港就食泰昌。泰昌嘅蛋撻賣成七個半一個,其實都比香港一般嘅餅店貴好多。佢好似同香港普通餅店有啲唔同,但係又好難講得出嗰個唔同嘅地方,可能佢做得好嘅地方係佢嘅細緻位,所以先有呢個咁樣嘅感覺、咁樣嘅差別。我又唔係覺得佢賣七個半唔合理,但係都算係偏做旅客生意多過local香港人生意!香港人食蛋撻通常都係冇話係特別指定邊一間,或者只幫襯好出名店舖嘅蛋撻,更多既反而係普通屋企樓下必定有一間麵包舖嘅蛋撻。總括而言,佢嘅蛋撻係值得一試嘅,因為都真係幾香同埋佢個撻皮係厚厚嘅曲奇皮。佢其中一個細節嘅地方就係佢蛋撻錫紙其實係有穿窿,令到蛋撻可以更加透氣,焗完出嚟唔會咁快淋。#老彭蛋撻 #老字號蛋撻 #泰昌蛋撻 #泰昌餅家

香港人食蛋撻通常都係冇話係特別指定邊一間,或者只幫襯好出名店舖嘅蛋撻,更多既反而係普通屋企樓下必定有一間麵包舖嘅蛋撻。
