因為加班至9點,去到霞飛都唔算多人等位,只係等侍應執枱後就可以入去。第一款上菜既係鎮江肴肉,配以薑絲浙醋。頂層似果凍,底層肴肉實正,無粉/黏口的感覺,係是日晚餐最好味的一道菜。蔥爆羊肉本來就已經好惹味,加埋芹菜,味道更加濃郁,好可惜呢次的確太咸了,就算我地有炒飯一齊食都覺得好咸!呢走糯米燒賣都OK,皮夠薄,而且好有糯米香味,糯米又唔會太硬! 不錯!濃湯牛肉餡餅,我家人一致讚好,湯汁濃郁,咬落去好多肉汁,不過可能我個人對餡餅既皮無太大興趣,自覺一般。
