Restaurant: Kny Yakumo Sapporo Ramen
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友知我鍾意食拉麵，介紹我去呢間街坊小店。並不是高級日本拉麵店，但味道絕對不會比下去😋麵豉湯底味道夠濃但又唔會太鹹啱啱好😋😋串燒食物好香🤤另外亦都叫咗剌生同生蠔等等好正👍🏼👍🏼坐咗一陣，個個入嚟都係街坊，好熟絡咁樣同店員招呼問候，人情味濃。廚房企喺度的師傅就係老闆，樓面介紹食物嘅原來係佢家姐收工落嚟幫手👍🏼聽她說老闆師承札幌日本麵店，每年都會去北海道札幌拉麵節切磋參觀👍🏼仲有其他屋企人會落嚟幫手，唔怪得好有家嘅感覺🤗限聚令四個人😁瘋狂食，食下又多啲食下又多啲😂飽到上心口
