今日去完假日農莊放電後大人細路玩至精疲力盡,就驅車直出尖咀海運吃晚飯。老胡姨姨提議食泰菜金不換,作為一位過氣浪子當然義無反顧地讚成啦!我們被安排至餐廳中間酒吧旁的一張長枱,原來的維港無敵海景卻被「皇家加勒比」擋住,反而別有一番雅緻。我們每人揀一道菜,我當然指定要泰式海南雞,老胡姨姨點左粉絲蟹煲(正合我意),仲有菠蘿炒飯、海鮮濕炒河粉、炒椰菜苗、泰生蝦等等等等。先講海南雞,全隻分開兩碟上(夠細心抵讚,唔洗我地搬來搬去)。雞脾肉夠滑,雞胸啖啖肉夾唔鞋口,最驚喜嘅係居然起曬骨,真係「冇牙阿婆」都食得,咁嘅價錢真係抵讚!無論係海南雞抑或生蝦,最重要一定睇個醬汁,金不換的醬汁我幾欣賞。題外話用點生蝦的醬汁點雞又別有一番風味!輪到生蝦刺身出場,呢度的生蝦即點即制,新鮮唔會有雪味,抵讚!中間粒生蒜加辣椒好辣好刺激,食完要用片苦瓜清清喉嚨。椰菜苗非常鮮嫩清新,用薄薄的五花腩片炒香氣四溢!最後又點少得講埋個粉絲蟹煲?肉蟹超大隻,肉質鮮美,加上蛋漿炒,非常Yummy!好明顯粉絲先係主角,盡索蟹的鮮味精華,中間仲有豬頸肉,唔怪得知咁鬼香,抵讚!懂「剝蝦拆蟹」的佑佑爸爸外出工幹了,佑佑要食至愛大蟹鉗就要太座琴

而菠蘿炒飯賣相吸引,食落只係一般般,炒飯唔夠乾身,菠蘿太酸,但小朋友卻十分受落!海鮮濕炒河濕得黎無可厚非,弊就弊在河粉黐埋一舊,令人食慾大減!但整體而言呢間泰菜水準不錯價錢又唔算貴,可惜「海鮮控」佑佑爸爸冇黎,冇叫到明爐烏頭同泰式冬陰公湯,下次有機會一定要試下!
