Bong 係位於紅磡嘉里酒店範圍內嘅西餐廳,之前公司喺嘉里酒店搞annual dinner 就已經留意到呢間餐廳。餐廳亦設有戶外座位,適合想吹吹海風嘅客人或吸煙者。 喺正紅磡碼頭海旁,落地玻璃嘅設計令客人可以邊享受美食,邊欣賞海景。餐廳有大型嘅保溫櫃以存放紅白酒同各款熟成肉類。我地叫咗dinner set B($760),仲加咗個pasta($230),分量啱啱好夠兩人食飽。1. 餐包 內暖外脆,餐包塗上牛油,入口即溶;另外仲有果仁,非常香同有咬口!2. 南瓜濃湯 Sweet Pumpkin Cream Soup非常香濃嘅南瓜味,忌廉配合南瓜味道好合拍,口感細滑綿密。3. 沙律 Sous vide Chicken Salad慢煮雞肉嫩滑配合新鮮生菜,非常清新,十分開胃。4. 魚子醬配三文魚 Grilled Scallop with Salmon Caviar三文魚油脂豐富配合甘香嘅魚子醬令味道層次加強,碟上其餘嘅生果都好新鮮。5. 西冷牛排配大蝦 Dry aged Ribeye steak (250g) with King Tiger Prawn-Medium煎到剛好,肉質幼嫩,牛油脂
