以前路過1881,都唔知有呢間餐廳😆 今次專程預早訂位去試吓😄 每位$988/ 8 courses 餐廳內裝修好懷舊😄睇得出用咗好多心思食物方面,貫徹法國餐廳嘅特色,好靚😍睇見都開心🥳麵包🥯 好好食😋Spanish Red Prawn Carpaccio左右分隔擺盤好靚😍生蝦刺身,配點點醬油,與蝦同食,感覺清新😄餐前小食,蝦配上脆米片,口感好豐富😄Truffle & Egg黑松露配菇菌炒蛋,香濃菇菌真心正😋Squid & Root Vegetable 睇落真係唔知乜,食落又幾好食😋 魷魚🦑鮮嫩,配上藜麥及咖啡籽,既減退油膩又健康左👍🏻👍🏻Hokkaido Scallop帶子上加上幼麵,都幾特別,而且呢個醬油又幾香幾夾帶子😅Black & White其實係個白蘑菇湯,黑色嗰粒係炭燒蘑菇,好有咬口😄SorbetFrench Baby Chicken & Potato大大份嘅雞肉,不過味道普通啲😅Crispy Beef Short Rib好好食嘅牛肉👏🏻👏🏻Honey & Cheese留意下⋯⋯條尾,金箔😍
