Victoria 真係傾計+食好野的地方!佢個二人餐好抵食,六百幾食到飽!前菜一: 扒珍寶鮮帶子佐黑松露忌廉汁青露荀帶子夠晒份量,原來黑松露汁同帶子十分夾,更可帶出帶子的鮮甜味!前菜二: 香煎法國鵝肝伴蜜糖香桃比較少見咁大件鵝肝,香、甜、脆!一定要配埋脆脆的多士,如果唔係會膩!餐包三款,我自己冇食,朋友話幾好食!主菜之一:黑安格斯肉眼排黑松露燒五成熟之作,外層香脆又鋪滿黑松露一齊燒,內里粉紅色的嫩肉,睇到都流口水!有口感、彈牙、沒有筋位,帶點肥肉,超正!讚👍🏻主菜之二: 原隻澳洲龍蝦粒芝士忌廉汁第一次食咁大隻又已經起晒肉的龍蝦,先煮再焗的做法,令龍蝦十分入味!份量亦好多!甜品的芝士蛋糕,應該是柚子味,好鐘意呢個味道!好perfect ending!
