最近去咗灣仔呢間環境好浪漫嘅餐廳 -- Trattoria Kagawa by Mihara,燈光充滿情調,主打西日 fusion 菜式,店內設有Bar枱同鐵板燒座位,我地就坐近窗口位,植物佈置都好岩打卡🪴 我地先叫咗➡️”Mussels in White Wine Broth”,青口有大有細,肉質鮮嫩彈牙,而白酒同蒜蓉湯底令味道更加濃郁香濃,好開胃又有啲酒香,好岩同朋友一齊分享~跟住點咗➡️”Fettucine uni carbonara",海膽卡邦尼意大利寬麵好有驚喜!海膽嘅鮮甜味道同卡邦尼醬揉合得好好,意大利寬麵好掛汁,每啖都充滿海膽嘅香濃味道,果然係招牌菜,超推薦😍😍主食仲點咗➡️”Black Truffle, Unagi & Foie Gras Risotto",黑松露味道好香濃,鵝肝煎香咗面層,有焦脆感,鰻魚就有少量細骨,但肉質都嫩身,Risotto都煮得好出口,煙韌有咬口,口感好豐富👍🏻👍🏻小食點咗➡️”Baked Wagyu Beef Cheek",焗和牛牛面頰,牛面頰經過焗爆煮熟,肉質嫩滑入味,每一啖都飽滿多汁。仲有焗多士配埋濃郁醬汁同芝士蘑菇一齊食,肉香味同口感好正!🔹Mu
