同事升職,邀請我前來駱駝漆這家日店來用餐,以答謝一直以來的知遇之恩。進店的人數不多, 較寧靜,幽暗的環境,日式的擺設十分寫意。職員有禮地推介一款2人餐, 配搭都有齊全。沙律刺身壽司這些都是必食。前菜,當然少不了沙律, 時令沙律有土豆絲, 蘿蔔絲沙律菜等配搭, 配以金黃色的柚子醬,為我帶來清爽的口感之餘, 酸酸的口感很開胃。刺身,店員提醒客人秋刀魚因為味濃可以最後食,可先吃三文魚這些淡味的,十分貼心。厚切三文魚, 紋路清晰可見, 大約都有一小節手指厚; 帆立貝, 2隻手指公般大粒, 雪白的軟滑的,北寄貝刺身,金色的爽口彈牙,清甜的味感; 赤蝦, 晶瑩剔透的蝦肉, 入口清甜, 肉感極為爽口彈牙; 而拖羅, 手掌般大件,十分厚切,咬下去軟綿綿的,魚油豐富,帶點兒膩感,齒頰留香;最後是秋刀魚,秋刀魚刺身,魚肉帶點兒咸味, 質感軟滑;壽司盛, 分別有小肌,油甘魚及碎蔥吞拿魚;小肌肉質自帶咸味,不用沾醬油也能食出魚味, 油甘魚, 魚味鮮甜, 碎蔥吞拿魚, 賣相精緻,像一朵粉紅色盛放的花朵;天氣轉凍, 來一客鍋物剛好, 壽喜燒高湯, 配料有冬菇,  豆卜, 蛙蛙菜, 南瓜, 配以甜甜的湯底不停翻滾;

天氣轉凍, 來一客鍋物剛好, 壽喜燒高湯, 配料有冬菇,  豆卜, 蛙蛙菜, 南瓜, 配以甜甜的湯底不停翻滾; 以M9和牛及北海道豚肉伴肉, m9和牛,鮮紅色的牛肉,肥瘦均勺, 富有牛肉味,輕輕一燙再以新鮮的日本蛋醬,使口感更為綿滑且帶點蛋香。
