To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前去太古搵朋友時已去過這間新加坡過江龍，坐得舒服之餘食物幾有特色！今次試點新野，點海南雞以外的菜式，原來都好出色！咖喱豬勒骨煲配白飯及香脆薄餅的咖喱顏色好吸引，上面圓形的是脆薯仔，咖喱味濃得來微辣，非常惹味！而豬肋骨整得非常淋香，肥瘦均勻。特別喜歡飯上面的烤餅，薄脆得來口感好好，配咖喱一流😋😋另外參巴辣椒炒麵配蝦及雞絲也相當有鑊氣，麵炒得好香和惹味，辣度適中，還有好多配菜如洋蔥～性價比的確幾高另外他們的單點小食也不錯，椰子雪糕非常香滑、，只需$15！簡簡單單又一餐滿足的😋
