To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

炎炎夏日之下,實在需要冰凍飲品及甜點安慰一下煩心的工作日。以半價加配了凍椰糖咖啡和$19椰子雪糕。凍椰糖咖啡清新醇厚,恰到好處的甜度,多加一球椰子雪糕,雙倍潤滑椰香,是生椰拿鐵的天花板,此刻如加啡店的生椰拿鐵也在都要站一旁。

新加坡過江龍飯店,像我這樣多加配料的,也只消貴了一百多元,以太古有點質素的午餐來說,實在不錯。

今日太古收工就去咗chatterbox express 食晚飯,都已經好耐冇嚟。見佢出咗新嘢,就試吓佢個新Menu!牛肉雞蛋銀針粉雖然呢個唔似馬來西亞嘢,但估唔到都幾好味,牛肉都有好多片,嫩滑,用煲仔裝住,好夠熱,應該都落咗馬來西亞黑醬油,好上色,賣相吸引!香脆腐皮卷非常酥脆,加上酸甜辣醬,好惹味。沙嗲串燒拼盤牛豬雞,分別各兩串,肉質一點都不柴,我很喜歡它的沙嗲醬,香甜,有濃郁花生香。我仲用呢個沙嗲醬撈埋銀針粉一齊食!椰子雪糕咖央三文治食得馬來西亞嘢又點會唔試咖央,呢個好推薦!麵包烘得香脆,加上冰凍椰子雪糕和香甜咖央醬。最後食埋呢個甜品真係好滿足!

之前喺其他分店食過,今日同同事喺太古附近做嘢,見到呢一間我就話不如一齊食lunch,呢度有我最鍾意食嘅海南雞飯同班蘭蛋糕,每次嚟到都要叫。海南雞飯海南雞肉質食落好嫩滑,一咬落去仲好Juice,原本都擔心唔係叫雞脾會比較鞋口,但完全係比到驚喜我,雞皮爽口完全唔油膩,配上醬汁令到海南雞味道更加惹味,而且我覺得生菜唔單只係用嚟墊住海南雞,生菜都爽口好味。雞油飯充滿油香味,碗湯比較清甜,仲有嚿豆腐喺入邊。牛肉沙嗲沙嗲醬好香甜濃郁,牛肉肉質嫩,牛肉味超級濃郁。班蘭蛋糕配椰子雪糕班蘭蛋糕口感鬆軟,斑斕味道濃郁香甜,配上椰子雪糕非常好味。

太古城有很多食肆,這間由星加坡過江龍來港的餐廳也在這邊的港島區插旗,其他分店主要在九龍、新界。餐牌選擇眾多,分別有全日供應的招牌菜、期間限定,連飲品也有一整頁。裡面環境光猛,座位寬闊、舒適。星洲海鮮炒貴刁貴刁即是河粉,寬河粉有著煙韌的口感,以黑醬油炒,炒得很有鑊氣,上面有三大隻蝦點綴,爽口彈牙,其他配料還有魷魚、臘腸、韭菜、芽菜、雞蛋、芫茜、洋蔥等,足料又豐富。味道油香鹹鹹的。蒜蓉炒小棠菜來一份蔬菜,較健康。最簡單的蒜蓉清炒小棠菜,已經很美味了。美祿恐龍東南亞的經典飲品,牛奶混合美祿粉,很濃烈,上面灑上朱古力粉及脆脆,豐富口感。
