南亞餐廳1964今日同朋友一齊去尖沙咀,亞士厘道有好多特色餐廳,我哋首先放工就去咗happy hour,跟住朋友提議食星馬菜,因為朋友想食海南雞飯呢。,一般星馬餐廳一定有呢道菜呢。餐廳門口嘅半露天地方都好吸引,好適合飲嘢,可惜我哋已經happy hour。星洲炒米的質素比起一般茶餐廳較佳,用料豐富,有size都幾大既鮮蝦仁,而且已經去掉蝦腸,味道惹味!咖喱角即叫即炸,上枱時熱辣辣,用叉一吉落去既時候,外皮即刻裂開同彈出黎,入面係充滿豬咖喱薯蓉嘅餡料,在點上熱辣辣嘅咖哩汁,超好味!半隻嘅海南雞,分量真係大得誇張,嫩滑的雞肉蘸些特製的辣椒醬拌著吃,真係好好味啊。古法係用冰水浸雞法,令皮滑肉嫩。不過而家已經好少餐廳會用呢個方法啦。另一個重點係個油飯,每一粒飯粒粒發光,非常吸引。傳統係用雞湯泡製的,不過一般嘅餐廳售賣的海南雞飯,只是油鹽飯而已,毫無雞味可言,如果可以係屋企自己做,就一定落足材料。話雖如此,呢度嘅油飯都算唔錯。
