To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 海南雞飯 好恐怖

地方環境都算新潮，滿有外國特色，烤雞都算好食，份量都是多，只不過每次食都不是好穩定，有時烤雞似剛烤出來，不過另一次就覺得好似翻熱出來 而烤雞望落去是似放左一段時間。配菜都算可以接受。光顧的店鋪是開放式，所以是可以看到所有野，在等候期間 睇住佢地處理海南雞 是有一塊透明玻璃而是會清楚看見所有事。而當時見到佢地將海南雞packing內的血水是會直接 倒落斬好的雞上 然後直接賣比人。情景非常恐怖。食烤雞會安全好多。
