As most of the Chinese, my parent loves 海南雞. As per their request, I bought a "海南雞飯" (HK$45) and a "海南雞 Laksa" (HK$38) for their lunch in this food court while I grabbed a pepper lunch for myself. I am not a fan of any chicken rice. Thus, when they gave me a piece of 海南雞, I have no special comment on it. However, they think Sergeant is making a good deal for their customer. The chicken was much better than we expected. The portion was relatively big and the veggie was not bad at all. However, the quantity of chicken in the laksa was relatively small.
In summary, this is not a bad idea to have 海南雞 in this foodcourt, especially in this town. The chicken was much better than most of the chain store. Of course, it has still lot of room to be improve in order to catch the singapore style chicken rice.
