To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣涼返啲,最好出郊外行下,嚟到南丫島通常就會食壽記。一入門口會有正常室內嘅座位,不個最吸引嘅當然就係一直行出去嘅海景位,佢個方位望正碼頭,真係隻船嚟到都睇到😆椒鹽鮮魷上枱熱辣辣炸得好鬆脆,啲鮮魷好嫰唔會咬唔開,調味惹味得嚟又唔會搶喉。海鮮粉絲煲聽菜名可能以為係有汁獻嘅煲仔菜,但其實佢係用煲仔飯嘅方式煮粉絲,所以佢煮出嚟啲粉絲非常乾身,食落爽口,雖然海鮮嘅份量就真係唔多,只係有少少蝦仁粒同魚肉粒,不過粉絲嘅味道同質感真係好精彩,單食粉絲已經好滿足。當日食客都好多,室外位滿座好熱鬧,希望香港食肆繼續生意好!

椒鹽鮮魷
上枱熱辣辣炸得好鬆脆,啲鮮魷好嫰唔會咬唔開,調味惹味得嚟又唔會搶喉。
