To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日，母子倆去海洋公園。朋友建議去冰極餐廳（常被戲稱「企鵝🐧餐廳」，因為在店裡能看著企鵝館的一隅來用餐）。朋友教路，用The Gulu app先取票，然後一邊玩、一邊輪候。😆11:00左右取的票，能入座時已是15:50。星期日大抵如此，園裡稍有品位的餐廳都大排長龍😅！兩母子點了一客冰極特色雜扒（$308）和一客咸蛋黃薯條（$98），另收加一。雜扒包括牛、豬、雞、魚。最好吃是鱸魚，魚肉雪白，肉質淋滑，配龍蝦汁，好吃！😋雞扒、牛扒都不過不失，豬扒有點太老，”鞋”口的！😥值得留意是雜扒餐只配瓜菜，不配米飯或意粉。瓜菜都炒過，沒有草青味，香軟新鮮。🥰咸蛋黃薯條有點偏鹹，但明顯是即叫即炸的，香脆有分加🤩！飲品有點小貴，汽水一杯要$38，特飲要$60，清水是免費供應，其實也更適合小孩。😌館裡賣點是看著企鵝用餐，實際上能坐著看企鵝的枱大約五六張，其它都要走前到玻璃才能看了。可是，對小孩來說這已經夠興奮了！
