To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 屋企人生日，一個月前已經要打電話預訂海洋公園冰極餐廳。大家記得要預時間先坐海洋列車到餐廳，車程大約6分鐘。入到餐廳，確實是環境舒適，有一個好大嘅企鵝玻璃牆，每張枱之間都有適當的防疫距離，不過我唔係咁贊成要求坐窗邊，因為你除咗口罩食嘢嘅時候，好多人會走埋去你旁邊睇企鵝。因為海洋公園送咗一張八折生日coupon俾壽星。諗住人一世物一世，於是嗌咗雜扒同低碳套餐。雜扒方面，條魚好滑，其他食物就不過不失。低碳套餐方面，意粉OK，甜品一流。雖然每人大約需要$300至350，但係真係坐得好舒服，廁所都好乾淨，我覺得一世人應該去一次。總括來說，呢個價錢係食環境，食物方面真係冇乜特別，如果有生日八折coupon，就簡直Perfect。
