位於佐敦嘅串燒店,主打用海鹽燒物,最為食到原材料嘅原汁原味,當然係材料夠新鮮先做到啦!叫左個蠔湯,調味簡單,湯味道香,咸度適中有蠔鮮味,湯入面仲有粒好大嘅蠔,都幾鮮甜!蒜香金菇包,落左牛油去烤所以好香,仲有蒜蓉,味道香濃!仲叫左個茄子船,搽左醬油去燒,上層鋪左蒜蓉同蔥,咸味好夠,味道好濃!鹽燒豬頸肉,用海鹽調味,味道咸香,豬頸肉都好香嫩!燒厚岸蠔,都係好左海鹽燒,原汁原味,食到蠔嘅鮮味,面蠔亦都好厚身,食落口感豐富!
