今晚同朋友嚟到佐敦,見到呢一間塔門仔海膽燒,之前已經聽講過喺呢度食海膽又抵食又好食,果然係名不虛傳。呢個就係佢哋好出名嘅海膽炒飯,飯炒得比較乾身,唔會話好濕,海膽嘅份量都好多,食起上嚟非常之香,另外我哋仲試咗海膽扇貝,大大隻嘅扇貝,非常之好食。海膽嘅菜式真係乜都有,呢一個係海膽飛碟,趁熱食好香,入面海膽嘅份量都唔少!最後我哋仲試咗塔門仔艇仔銀針粉,鮮味十足,我自己尤其是鍾意個湯,配料都唔錯,同樣值得推介!
