我媽最愛吃海鮮,所以今次就同佢來太子這間小漁港試下呢道嘅蒸氣海鮮鍋😋😋當天我地9:00去到,估唔到店內仲差不多坐滿食客,幸好我地有預早BOOK定位😎,被安排坐到寬闊的卡位😆,而店內裝修都充滿有漁港特色,掛上舊香港漁港的掛畫,亦有幾個精緻的帆船模型,別具香港漁港風味☺️今次我地叫左是日廚師精選海鮮蒸鍋套餐 - 呢個set日日唔同,係廚師精選出當天最靚嘅食材,而今次呢set就有2個冷盤和四層蒸架😉首先第一道就是兩大隻潮式凍花蟹🦀🦀,蟹味十足,好鮮甜😋😋,仲好多蟹羔,啖啖肉😍,我同阿媽慢慢食,慢慢拆肉😌每人食一隻都食左半個鐘😂再來就是法國生蠔,平日我很怕食生蠔,怕佢唔新鮮又怕佢腥,但我阿媽試過後話好新鮮好好味,因此我都俾面佢試下,就咁加左d檸檬汁,一試果然好有鮮味 ,好新鮮嘅感覺,令我終於點解d人咁鐘意食生蠔😂食完冷盤就來食今日嘅主角-蒸氣海鮮鍋呢到嘅蒸氣鍋系等我地食完一層逐層咁蒸,咁樣就唔會食唔切,令d海鮮蒸得太老啦!第1層:貝殼拼盤(四款)四款貝殼叫咩名我不太記得,只係記得佢地好鮮甜,只是簡單蒸了三/四分鐘,我想食佢地嘅原汁原味,所以連豉油都冇落,果然不需任何調味料,新鮮就係最滋味!第2層

第2層:蒜蓉蒸大花蝦,紫蘚翡翠鮑,蒜蓉粉絲蒸元貝
呢一層擺到好似個小丑樣咁,好搞笑😂,而鮑魚未蒸時,我地仲見到佢郁,夠哂新鮮😂 ,蒸熟後好爽口,好彈牙,我阿媽仲話係佢食過最新鮮最好味嘅鮑魚😂,而元貝用蒜蓉粉絲蒸,粉絲吸收哂元貝嘅精華,好入味,而蒜蓉蒸大花蝦就夠晒大隻,蝦同蒜蓉果然係perfect match,正呀😋

第3層:蟲草花蒸雞烏冬
初時蒸好時看,d烏冬貌似好淋,但一試好有驚喜,估唔到d烏冬好彈牙,又好入味,而蟲草花同雞既份量都不少,雞都好滑好新鮮😋

第4層:龍躉糯米手卷,韮菜餃拼白菜餃,蝦乾蒸勝瓜
最後一層,韮菜餃同白菜餃味道不過不失,但就好痴底,有點扣分呢,不過同層嘅龍躉糯米手卷就 挽回不少分數,龍躉好鮮味,糯米飯好多料,而且又唔會太黏,是我喜歡的口感😋,仲有蝦乾蒸勝瓜,勝瓜吸收哂蝦乾嘅鮮味,味道不錯

最後店員仲請我地食個綠茶團子,小小的一粒用仿葉子包住,很可愛呢,而且是我愛的綠茶味,煙煙韌韌,好好食,完滿結束這一餐😋😋
