To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同家人行開附近辦年貨買野行到累想食蒸魚餐附近兩三間茶記車仔麵都無得食係得呢間有便入去試試見到都多人叫蒸魚餐 $42鯇魚都好大節豉油汁好味 係拌碟豆腐 無咩味呢個蒸魚餐最期待最想食既野甘都食到 都滿足啊！家人叫另一個午餐北菇海蔘炆鴨腳 $44多汁但比較稀 餸少 要用汁撈飯食可惜家人唔鍾意個汁 所以食唔晒另外我哋又叫左例湯和杏霜飲例湯就是一般茶記既味噌鹽水味杏霜比較稀 上茶飲果時仲要杏仁粉在底要自己攪拌均勻先可以飲總體評價： 蒸魚餐值得一試其他和普通茶記差不多有機會會再試佢其他海鮮中菜就未必啦！

要自己攪拌均勻先可以飲
總體評價： 蒸魚餐值得一試
其他和普通茶記差不多
有機會會再試佢其他海鮮
