叫得私房菜,菜式方面已經同一般菜館所提供的不同,還要注明辣蟹,以食海鮮一定不差。但更沒想到,除了海鮮以外,小菜都一樣好。******************************-財記辣蟹私房菜位於銅鑼灣區,共佔2層,入座不久就已經滿座,大部份人前來都為海鮮而來,偏偏我和朋友,就選上海鮮以外小菜。餐牌之中,海鮮以時價計算,小菜方便由幾都蚊起,還有些小菜菜式比較特別。收費都有加一,除了茶芥還有小食花生。飲品有啤酒,支裝汽水和王老吉。蝦醬蝦乾蒸豬頸肉 HKD105,蝦乾咸香味十足,再配上蝦醬,鮮味更加提昇不少,豬頸肉又滑溜,有點喜出望外,配白飯吃一流。咸蛋黃涼瓜 HKD78,涼瓜厚切,吃上口帶點甘甘地味道,完全不苦,再用咸蛋黃炸成薄脆漿,增加香口感。咕嚕蝦油條 HKD168,巿面上相對較少有此菜式,油條搽上一層蝦膠炸得非常香脆,咕嚕汁已經夠開胃,還加上不少菠蘿肉,甜甜酸酸,必須要白飯一碗備吃,才覺滿足。如此多炸物,配上王老吉清下熱氣都不怕。
