今日朋友話帶我去打邊爐, 話好耐無去la bo, 哈哈. 呢間餐廳位於油麻地, 都幾近地鐵站, 好方便, 入到去見到牆身畫滿火鍋既畫, 好有FEEL, 哈哈. 一坐低服務員都好有禮貌咁介紹餐牌 & 拎左d醬料過來. 我地叫左個粥底火鍋, 因為平時都係用湯底打邊爐多.呢款飲品唔可以唔介紹下, 真係透心涼呀, 又夠哂大柸, 好香菠蘿味道, 打邊爐必叫 – 菠蘿沙冰.混完醬奶白色既粥底鍋黎啦, 入面有好多瑤柱呀, 所以成個粥水都好清甜, 粥膽係最後先落既.首先黎個海鮮拼盤, 有聖子, 海蝦, 鮑魚, 鯇魚片, 墨魚片, 帶子, 所有海鮮都非常新鮮 & 清甜!! 聖子唔會有沙, 而且仲好大隻, 海蝦好爽口, 大廚還將鮑魚介左花, 一來容易d熟, 二來一熟左好靚成朵花似的, 帶子超甜, 讚!!之後呢碟頂級安格斯牛頸脊, 薄薄的, 油脂分佈得均勻, 不會令到成個鍋變得油膩, 而且不用點醬味道還更出呢.跟住可以簡5款火鍋配料, 我地簡左好特別出面好少有的, A)太極海鮮軍艦, 係用墨魚滑&墨汁墨魚滑釀落油炸鬼到, 好盞鬼. B)別蝦我, 係用鮮蝦打成膠, 再加入蟹子而成, 鮮甜彈牙. C)牛肝菌黑松

呢款飲品唔可以唔介紹下, 真係透心涼呀, 又夠哂大柸, 好香菠蘿味道, 打邊爐必叫 – 菠蘿沙冰.

跟住可以簡5款火鍋配料, 我地簡左好特別出面好少有的, A)太極海鮮軍艦, 係用墨魚滑&墨汁墨魚滑釀落油炸鬼到, 好盞鬼. B)別蝦我, 係用鮮蝦打成膠, 再加入蟹子而成, 鮮甜彈牙. C)牛肝菌黑松露餃子, 食落黑松露味會重過千肝菌既味道. E) 三層樓墨魚磚, 係用墨魚滑而成, 分另會有三種味道, 波菜, 南瓜&原味, 不過食落都係原味多, 哈哈, 但夠特色. L)養顏花膠, 好有膠質, 女仕最愛.

仲有即炸響鈴, 火鍋必選, 真係即炸的, 堅正. 蔬菜也是新鮮的.

最後要食粥啦, 服務員將粥膽, 蛋, 南瓜, 芋頭煮了數分鐘, 食得!! 加埋頭先個D精華, 個粥好鮮甜. 不過個人認為南瓜唔夠淋身.
