To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太湖海鮮城係銅鑼灣廣場入邊,都算好穩,人很多很熱鬧,等位都比較簡單,服務員都算客氣,龍蝦伊麵,龍蝦很大,蝦肉很飽滿,很新鮮鮮甜,咬落很彈牙,正!伊麵倒比較一般。瀨尿蝦好大隻吖!很少見到係外面食嘢嘅瀨尿蝦隻隻都咁大隻,瀨尿蝦也是很新鮮吖,肉很扎實Q彈有嚼勁。燒鵝三拼,燒鵝大贊,皮脆肉嫩,鹽水鵝金黃金黃的,肉質很嫩,臘鵝就是一般臘味嘅味。姜米魚炒飯,強推推推,米飯粒粒分明,白白的米飯,金黃的蛋,一點都沒有炒飯的膩,飯上面的魚柳是炸過的,外面脆脆的,裡面嫩嫩的還有肉汁,炸的程度剛剛好,不會覺得太乾,這麼一碗炒飯我一口氣食完咗,真是太美味的,可惜太細份了吖吖吖!
