To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間系米其林餐廳,主打食海鮮。呢度有大電視直播跑馬,啲人一邊食飯一邊睇跑馬。餐廳有海鮮區,可以見到新鮮嘅帝王蟹澳龍,隔離仲放咗個獎。花膠魚翅端上嚟仲系保溫緊嘅,溫熱嘅口感ok,口感綿軟,有啲好結嘅膠質。 鮑魚好細隻,不過口感比較彈牙。入面嘅冬菇同其他配菜都吸收咗鮑魚汁,好入味~~ 龍蝦用金湯焗過,奶白嘅湯拿嚟拌飯都幾好味,肉質比較飽滿。燒味三拼就麻麻啦,口感唔系幾好。
