To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由於有會員卡, 所以就同家人去食下呢間坐落赤鱲角萬豪酒店入面既SKYCITY環境: 都算幾舒服, 有卡位有長台(通常BOOK 位時都會同佢講定要卡位, 因為係SOFA所以舒服Ｄ）, 地方寛敞, 出面個境雖然不是海景, 但因為落地玻璃, 所以開揚舒服, 黎HEA 下係一個不錯既選擇！服務：ＳＴＡＦＦ　十分有禮，　而且動作快，　滿意價錢：原價接近５００　有Ｄ貴，　但有ＶＩＰ卡，　有折頭（用餐時應該會有店員同你講解同ＳＡＬＥ　ＶＩＰ　卡）味道：　都係大眾化既自助餐食物，　分吾同區域，　冷盤刺身，　海鮮，　中菜燒味，　咖哩，　甜品，　我就覺得海鮮類好似青口，　生蠔，　螺肉，　比較新鮮，　而熱食方面都係一般貨，　羊扒，　同印度咖哩類比較出色！羊扒脂肪同瘦肉適中，　煎到大慨８　９　成熟，　夠滑！　咖哩質素就同印度餐館冇異，　尤其係菠菜芝士咖哩個味整得特別香濃！總括黎講都算算滿意
