Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣轉涼,同朋友約食粥底火鍋,有朋友就提議來新蒲崗試試這家粥底火鍋店。自己食粥底火鍋的次數不多,這是我所試過的第三家店啊~~在openrice book位book了6pm,到達時,店內沒什麼客人,店員只是問了聲有否訂位就讓我入座了 (後來於openrice顯示我沒有出席訂座)。此店的價錢與我試過的其他粥底火鍋價錢相若,$198/位再收加一,包7款海鮮﹑6款自選火鍋配料。至於3款時蔬,是粟米﹑南瓜粒及芋頭粒,是最後加入粥底吃的~~不夠食的話,可加錢額外加配料。海鮮有蟶子﹑鮑魚﹑基圍蝦﹑肉蟹﹑沙白﹑蜆及多寶魚,一上桌時就見到鮑魚及基圍蝦好生猛,仍然會郁!!可按食物的烹煮時間去計時。先灼肉蟹,膏的份量還算可以,味道鮮甜,但粥水未能滲入膏香~~蝦的肉質爽口又甜!!鮑魚的烹煮時間恰好,質感鮮嫩又彈牙!!沙白及蜆乾淨無沙~~店員見我們吃得較慢,所以就沒讓我們逐樣食物計時烹煮,幫我們將魚及沙白&蜆一次過倒入鍋內煮,魚煮得過火了一點,魚肉都散開了。自選配料有美國肥牛﹑黑毛豬腩片﹑粟米﹑手打墨魚滑﹑牛筋丸及醬爆瀨尿牛丸。肥牛不是雪花肥牛,肥油都集中在一起,豬腩片同樣略肥,兩款肉都一般。墨魚滑的份量都有大

自選配料有美國肥牛﹑黑毛豬腩片﹑粟米﹑手打墨魚滑﹑牛筋丸及醬爆瀨尿牛丸。肥牛不是雪花肥牛,肥油都集中在一起,豬腩片同樣略肥,兩款肉都一般。墨魚滑的份量都有大半碗,有墨魚香,都OK!兩款丸的質素一般,不算特別香牛味。

最後就加入粥膽,再將粟米﹑南瓜粒及芋頭粒加到粥裡,還有豬油渣﹑菜脯及冬菜 (走青),加入蛋漿拌勻即成。店員不會主動留意是否需要加粥水,到我們想加水時,已開始有少少燶底了。所以粥有微微焦味,海鮮甜味不算太出,幸好加了蛋漿﹑油渣等配料,多了份香味~~~

綜合而言,海鮮是唯一值得讚的!除了服務外,店舖環境亦屬一般,由於電壓問題,又開冷氣又滿座時,全店的電爐一併跳了幾次掣,要較細冷氣才沒再發生,但就令我們食火鍋食到滿身汗!
