粥底蒸海鮮已經系香港盛行一段時間但新鮮的的確比較小今日同友人試一下諾士佛臺附近的呢一間見又有鮑魚,又有蝦,成個海鮮餐都唔洗$500人頭 幾抵食先黎就已經系鮑魚配虫草花已經幫你清走左污穢野同都大隻之後到蝦加蜆2樣都好清甜,好新鮮而且蜆有小小汁系入面,好好味可以另外加碼架之後到粉絲蒸元貝本身已經夠味 都系已經清潔好又大隻 都係好新鮮跟住到生蠔因為蒸所以有小小腥 但點左豉油OK ,都好大隻薑蔥蒸鮮魷好多粒,就算食左薑絲都唔會好辣反而幾好味蒸瓜夠蒜味,正常最後再黎個自選配料的粥底其實一開始蒸鮑魚個陣已經煮緊目的係想吸收所有海鮮的精華啊
