 Bistro NTT by Attic今次要介紹浸會大學入面一間主打優質意大利菜嘅餐廳叫「Bistro NTT by Attic」,入面簡單裝修佈置,有長枱、單人枱,以及方便輪椅專用嘅手動調高調低枱,做人出去食野最少20年,喺餐廳真係未見過有手動調高調低枱,非常罕有!從OpenRice見到人哋影d門口相,見到餐廳門口係有一級,不過我一到停車場看更就帶我入吳多泰博士國際中心嘅正門,由正門入佢哋餐廳就唔使帶斜板,呢間餐廳最近推出新菜式,一於入去食個優質意大利菜啦!APPETIZER1.法式牛肉他他,胡椒薄餅(9/10)呢個法式牛肉他他唔腥,咬落去好軟淋,仲食到入面有馬蹄粒,好爽好有口感!胡椒薄餅如果換脆身就好,佢哋係用咗好淋嘅胡椒薄餅!2.意大利雲吞,紅蝦慕斯,龍蝦牛油汁(7/10)呢個意大利雲吞係一大粒,雲吞個皮厚咗少少,入面係豬肉同馬蹄粒,出面係用咗龍蝦牛油汁,味道唔會太濃!是日餐湯:南瓜湯(9/10)呢碗南瓜湯淡淡南瓜味,南瓜湯算濃稠,仲有幾舊鬆軟麵包粒!MAIN COURSE3.蟹黃蟹肉香蒜辣椒扁意粉(8/10)呢碟蟹黃蟹肉香蒜辣椒扁意粉面上有好多蟹肉,不過扁意粉有少少硬,整體都

APPETIZER
1.法式牛肉他他,胡椒薄餅(9/10)
呢個法式牛肉他他唔腥,咬落去好軟淋,仲食到入面有馬蹄粒,好爽好有口感!
胡椒薄餅如果換脆身就好,佢哋係用咗好淋嘅胡椒薄餅!

2.意大利雲吞,紅蝦慕斯,龍蝦牛油汁(7/10)
呢個意大利雲吞係一大粒,雲吞個皮厚咗少少,入面係豬肉同馬蹄粒,出面係用咗龍蝦牛油汁,味道唔會太濃!

是日餐湯:南瓜湯(9/10)
呢碗南瓜湯淡淡南瓜味,南瓜湯算濃稠,仲有幾舊鬆軟麵包粒!

MAIN COURSE
3.蟹黃蟹肉香蒜辣椒扁意粉(8/10)
呢碟蟹黃蟹肉香蒜辣椒扁意粉面上有好多蟹肉,不過扁意粉有少少硬,整體都算好味,辣辣地好有蒜蓉香!

4.紅酒柱侯燴牛尾意大飯(7.5/10)
呢碟紅酒柱侯燴牛尾意大飯個飯粒有少少未熟,牛尾肉質軟淋,淡淡紅酒味!

DESSERT
5.烏龍茶奶凍(9.5/10)
呢個奶凍非常滑,淡淡烏龍茶味,仲有玫瑰花瓣碎喺旁邊,又唔甜,個奶凍真係非常高質!

6.意式伯爵奶凍(9.5/10)
呢個奶凍非常滑,淡淡意式伯爵茶味,仲有玫瑰花瓣碎喺旁邊,又唔甜,個奶凍真係非常高質!

7.凍檸茶(8.5/10)
呢杯凍檸茶茶味好淡,檸檬有3片!

8.凍奶茶(8.5/10)
呢杯凍奶茶個奶同茶比例唔係好啱我,茶味有少少濃,奶味唔出,一般好飲!
