自從去年2020疫情開始後不久,友人推介了這間馳名淡水魚頭及粥的店子,我和好朋友便差不多每月光顧一次它,主要是吃薑蔥魚腩及淡水魚的魚頭不同部份。最近幾次,我同好友都是叫了田雞粥及共享一個“薑葱魚腩”。觀察所得,厨師是用銅煲煮食外,原來還經常轉换銅煲,不是一個銅煲反覆的使用,這裡清洗完再用👍
