「越棧越式湯粉專門店」旺角分店為於旺角中心地庫,週邊配套是美食廣場的格局。店內以藍紫色作主色調,整潔舒適感普通喇!這碗「生牛肉拼越式豬頸肉湯檬」,湯汁淡而無味,再加上同樣無味的檬粉,味道不合格。至於生牛肉及越式豬頸肉湯本身,質素也只屬不過不失。「雜錦拼盤」內含香茅豬扒、越式炸春卷、炸蝦餅,以及越式扎肉蝦片。香茅豬扒與炸蝦餅皆屬香口炸物,尤以彈牙蝦餅口味較佳。越式炸春卷明顯走氣失脆變硬。越式扎肉蝦片則因面上的蔥蓉過鹹而失分。「越式蒸粉包」食材相對豐富,不論味道質感也較富層次。「上湯浸生菜」及「上湯浸蘿蔔」未予驚喜。整體而言,各菜餚的水準只屬僅僅合格。主打的越式湯粉淡而無味,令人失望。
