和老婆在Times Square看完電影後, 時間來到晚上九時多, 銅鑼灣的街頭人氣已不復疫情前的時間, 但其人氣之衰落和店舖的冷清是我沒有預計過的. 這街境也許就是真實的香港故事, 整條街道就只有江仔記這熱食食肆還在經營, 自然就成了我倆晚餐的地方. 江仔記主打係魚蛋粉麵, 人均五十多元有交易而能填飽肚子, 總比吃那些麻辣米線健康就是.魚蛋的魚味不錯, 口感還是有少少彈牙, 並不會如現成貨般彈, 而且有新鮮魚味就代表其自家製作的機率高, 當然最為深刻的白身魚蛋, 自然就是夏銘記極腍的那一種, 原來可以有如此的口感. 牛腩和雲吞就是一般貨色, 沒有太多Outstanding的地方. 特登來吃就不必, 但作為深宵晚飯或宵夜也可以.Kong Chai Kee is one of the cheapest restaurant at Causeway Bay. Famous for the fish ball, it tastes soft in texture and quite good in fish flavour. It is home made and fresh enough. Other foods like beef brisket and dumplings are not as good as fish ball.
