返工返到一肚火,最啱就係同三五知己摸摸酒杯傾下心事! 所以今日深宵時份就嚟咗呢間好燒式度食下串燒飲飲酒!呢間好燒式燒烤位處於砵蘭街,地點唔算好顯眼,但係就勝在地點夠就腳, 即使食到夜一夜都唔驚冇車返屋企我哋大約凌十二點半黎度, 尚有少量空位 可能今日係平日( 我哋走嘅時候已經全場爆滿,真係估佢唔到咁好生意)呢度嘅餐牌一目了然 除咗串燒之外,仲有意粉及其他小食可供選擇, 當然黎呢度就係為咗試佢哋嘅招牌串燒啦!打頭陣點咗一客炸蝦餅, 炸蝦餅絕對有泰國小店所能夠食到嘅風味, 絕不遜色!串燒點左安格斯牛肋串, 牛舌及牛柳粒, 安格斯牛保留牛嘅濃郁美道,牛舌夠爽口, 牛柳粒就充滿肉汁, 如果要我選出最好味嘅我真係揀唔到,只能夠說係平分秋色!第二round 係燒魷魚,鬚燒白鱔及雞軟骨 燒白鱔好有咬口, 可能因為佢係用大火去燒, 令到表皮好煙韌又不失魚嘅鮮味, 雞軟骨及魷魚酥就保持一貫水準 因為我自己鍾意食辣,所以加咗佢秘製嘅大辣粉更加惹味燒蠔有四種風味,分別係煙肉燒蠔,白汁芝士燒蠔,雜菌露筍燒蠔及辣蒜蓉燒蠔, 個人最喜愛白汁芝士燒蠔,因為芝士味香,蠔又夠大隻本來對燒粟米沒有太大期望,但係可以講燒粟

燒豬仔髀食落一啲都唔似豬, 由於係髀 都可以嘅關係肉質有些勁道, 有小小騷騷的感覺, 加埋特製辣椒味道有提升

燒菠蘿可以話係為今餐劃上完美嘅句號。 燒菠蘿係甜中帶酸, 食完之後有消滯嘅效果, 呢隻燒菠蘿燒到熱熱地,零舍開胃,食完之後忘記曬之前食過嘅飽飽感覺!
