上年同熊先生去完台灣之後, 一直對台式牛肉麵念念不忘, 今日就嚟試下呢間喺深水埗站附近嘅 - 古早牛肉麵。雖然牛肉麵係呢度嘅招牌菜, 不過餐牌上仲有好多選擇, 唔會獨沽一味。呢個麵就有齊我想食嘅牛肉同牛筋。台式牛肉麵一般都會用上牛腩或牛展, 今次呢個就選用咗厚切牛展, 肉質腍得嚟有嚼勁。牛筋煮到半透明, 仲非常入味, 質感柔嫩腍滑, 膠質豐富。湯頭味濃而不油膩, 帶微微藥材香味。扁身麵條富有彈性, 吸收曬湯底精華。細細件嘅一口餡餅, 一咬落去, 湯汁就爆曬出嚟小心燙口呀!餡餅外層煎至乾身微焦, 無畀湯汁浸腍, 咬落半硬半軟, 口感唔錯。餡料唔算多, 但勝在蔥香皮脆, 如果多啲肉就當然更美味啦。飲品可按個人喜好選擇甜度 & 冰度, 仲有唔同size俾你揀。
