To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去完旅行返黎，想食返啲地道嘅大牌檔feel野食。男朋友建議不如食冰室啦，企理過大排檔，野食又一樣夠惹味。呢間冰室嘅staff都好親切，會同食客吹下水。一坐低就會即刻拎2碗例湯出黎，比你飲住揀食咩。#沙嗲金菇肥牛煲特別鍾意嗌煲類嘅嘢食，鍾意佢上枱一定係熱辣辣，夠晒火喉。沙嗲有幾香嘅花生醬味，所有配料都索滿香濃嘅沙嗲汁，送飯一流。#啫啫滑雞煲雞件肉質好滑，肉嘅份量都唔少，唔會全部都係洋蔥浪底，食吓食吓真係會不知不覺咁爬晒成碗飯。#凍檸茶去咗旅行咁多日，好掛住凍檸茶，梗係叫返杯飲吓啦。
