圓方餃子一向聞名,今晚嚟開深水埗有幸一試。嚟到見到好多街坊都係食煎餃子或湯餃子。咁我就點深水埗名物西洋菜湯餃。一碗湯餃子大概都算幾多,最好味係啲湯, 奶白色湯汁係魚湯餚製。 雖然餃子係用韭菜同豬肉造成,但咬落去非常之脆,亦有西洋菜嗰種新鮮感。一大碗湯餃子都係$28 ,今時今日嘅物價,真係抵到爛。
