To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我同老公係深水埗去食「聚來車仔麵」, 呢間係家庭式店舖唔少菜式, 都係自家秘製, 例如一啲小食, 秘製辣魷魚, 香煎豬扒, 我見隔離枱個啲, 真係好大塊呀! 店內阿姨埋枱招呼好親切; 餐廳右手邊, 掛着一幅画，寫着：我的麵，给你家的味道。有差不多50款餸比你揀, 每款餸嘅份量都適中, 由$9-14都有, , 麵底$12起, 跟餐要熱飲加$5, 凍飲或者汽水都係加$7, 仲有特飲加$10, 價錢亦唔係貴。三餸車仔麵我叫左一碗三餸米線, 配魚肉春卷, 生根, 雞翼尖; 米線好滑又夠淰; 魚肉春卷, 平時啲車仔麵都好少見呢款餸, 佢嘅魚肉春卷好似腐竹同魚蛋結合嘅感覺。第一啖咬落去真係好有驚喜，因為佢嘅魚肉好彈牙而且肉質好鮮嫩。雞翼尖都滷得好入味, 而且可以骨肉分離; 我要少辣, 唔算好辣, 枱面仲有一樽自家製辣菜脯比你調味。呢個跟餐要了一罐可樂。爆漿阿華田西多士(朱古力榛子醬) - $40甜品方面, 我同老公share左一個佢地好出名嘅爆醬阿華田西多士, 邪惡至極呀! 西多士鋪了滿滿嘅阿華田粉, 阿華田醬汁, 淡奶, 煉奶爆漿, 濃濃阿華田 mix埋入面夾住朱古力榛子醬, 甜甜地食落真係好開

我叫左一碗三餸米線, 配魚肉春卷, 生根, 雞翼尖; 米線好滑又夠淰; 魚肉春卷, 平時啲車仔麵都好少見呢款餸, 佢嘅魚肉春卷好似腐竹同魚蛋結合嘅感覺。第一啖咬落去真係好有驚喜，因為佢嘅魚肉好彈牙而且肉質好鮮嫩。雞翼尖都滷得好入味, 而且可以骨肉分離; 我要少辣, 唔算好辣, 枱面仲有一樽自家製辣菜脯比你調味。呢個跟餐要了一罐可樂。

爆漿阿華田西多士(朱古力榛子醬) - $40
甜品方面, 我同老公share左一個佢地好出名嘅爆醬阿華田西多士, 邪惡至極呀! 西多士鋪了滿滿嘅阿華田粉, 阿華田醬汁, 淡奶, 煉奶爆漿, 濃濃阿華田 mix埋入面夾住朱古力榛子醬, 甜甜地食落真係好開心; 仲要切開西多士個陣, 啲朱古力醬已經好似熔岩咁爆出嚟, 簡直係雙重享受。
