To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🍽️聚來車仔麵（深水埗）📍深水埗基隆街172號地舖 車仔麵是香港的地道美食，我很喜愛，因為有很多不同種類的餸可以自由配搭，啱哂樣樣都想食的我，這裡除了車仔麵外，還有飯、煎餃子、炸雞翼、煎釀三寶等小食選擇👍車仔麵❤️牛腩、豬手、魚片頭，選粗麵，加腩汁❤️牛筋、貢丸、冬菇、菜底加腩汁 牛腩、牛筋超淋及入味，豬手肉質極度柔軟，充滿骨膠原，魚片頭及貢丸爽口彈牙，好好味，除咗可以揀麵、米粉或河粉底之外，仲可以轉菜底，豬骨雞湯底非常清甜，仲可以添加一至二款醬汁，食材配搭好多，令人百吃不厭！❤️招牌鮮煎餃子～我選了椰菜雲耳豬肉餃及韭菜豬肉餃，二者都好好味，餃子很飽滿，外皮煎得非常香脆，餡料十足，充滿肉汁，滋味滿分。
