To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上星期六下午去食，全程自助，手機落單。當日用Alipay比錢，叫咗買四個餐。但比完錢個系統唔識返回餐廳系統，自行返去safari, 揀咗最底選項我已付款，返回查看訂單。點知系統仍然猛話我未比錢。我未比錢侍應又點會上餐呢？好啦，上餐時發現d飯比錯晒，溫泉蛋變晒生蛋都算。同侍應講，佢就求其係我哋張檯是旦拎張上菜單，然後仲猛話啱。但係系統仲係未出得返我張單。搞到同佢口同鼻拗。終於上晒餐，我哋兌返，飯上錯咗兩個餐，汽水又比漏咗。其實上錯好少事，但最攪笑侍應亂拎張單兌完仲話無出錯。攪到飯出少咗，但已經唔想勞氣啦⋯⋯我哋額外比錢另加多碗飯。明明叫咗一碗150g、一碗200g。但本身碗飯就好明顯比唔夠，有咩可能150g都係得半碗飯。佢仲要將我哋200g碗飯，整錯左生蛋飯。咁屋企人唔食,要換返白飯。佢就係另一個餐盤到拎張150g嘅單話係出錯個個餐，就咁換返碗150g嘅飯就算完全亂嚟！

完全亂嚟！
