To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喜歡吃滬菜的,對連鎖品牌翡翠拉麵小籠包一定不感陌生,早前我就和家人來到最近我娘家的沙田分店吃晚飯。新店人頭湧湧,十分旺場,晚飯時段需要等位,新裝修後風格富有東方韻味之餘卻不老氣,座位之間更闊落,坐得舒服,不過因為這間分店樓底較矮,所以環境就相對嘈雜。沙田分店設有全港首創的全新開放式「拉麵吧」,讓賓客可近距離欣賞資深的拉麵師傅在現場即點即拉品牌最引以為傲的「蘭州手工拉麵」,盡顯製作手工拉麵的工藝及心思,細味其精髓。除此之外,近來推出不少夏日限定新菜式,為餐牌增添新鮮感。雞絲粉皮 $58這是我最喜歡的冷盤,每次吃上海菜都是必點的,清爽的雞絲青瓜粉皮拌上香滑的芝麻醬,是夏天消暑的佳品。透薄粉皮晶瑩剔透,點上滋味濃郁麻醬,口感滑溜溜,別有一番風味。香煎素鵝 $58切成一口一小件,以腐皮卷成一層又一層的外皮盡是金黃誘惑,酥香可口。裡面塞滿新鮮菇菌,以素鵝的香脆襯托出菇菌的清鮮,多重層次令人胃口大開。蘿蔔絲酥餅 $38只可惜炸得略欠火候,外型色澤未夠金黃,不過酥皮造工細緻,層次多而鬆化脆口。酥皮和白蘿蔔比例計算準確,不會太厚粉,一咬開盡是熱得盪口的蘿蔔絲餡料,帶有一絲絲口感,保留了白蘿蔔的纖維,鹹
