To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

如果星期六日冇特別約人食飯, 好多時都會去譚仔解決午餐, 佢碗米線有少少配菜如芽菜韮菜腐皮, 加一個大大既米線, 男人食都一定夠飽.我多數叫雞絲清湯米線, 米線彈牙, 魚湯味鮮又有少少胡椒釣味, 清清地又飽肚, 31蚊就可以解決一餐.其他小食如凉拌木耳就麻辣爽口, 土匪雞翼就孜然味足, 雞肉嫩滑.
