同朋友請假入西貢,去之前做足功課揀左去呢間印尼餐廳食晚飯,訂位時外籍職員問我有無seat preference,上網睇先知上層係迷你電影院嘅設計,可以坐bean bags睇住片食飯,但下層樓底好高都坐得舒服。招牌牛骨湯飯好早賣完,有興趣訂位時可以預留。食物味道唔錯,但較一般印尼餐廳清淡。訂位方面有啲混亂,聽電話嘅外籍店員知我三位照幫我留枱,到訪當日本地店員打黎話四人或以上先可以訂枱,要我地walk in,有啲掃興。不過岀post後店家聯絡我跟進返,話已同員工講返訂位安排👍🏼。(w/ 10% service charge)🍽白鬚牛骨湯飯 Beef Bone Soup with Rice ($90)呢度嘅名物,湯底頗清,蘿蔔無渣(畀多兩舊就好),三片牛腩片肉質夠淋,牛骨就無咩肉,配自家製辣醬。🍽白鬚印尼牛丸粉 Bakso Indonesian Beef Ball Noodles ($68)自家製牛丸比較淋身但都有啲咬口,個湯好飲又唔油,辣辣地幾惹味,三款主食中最鍾意呢個。🍽烤豬頸肉湯飯 Grilled Pork Jowl with Rice ($78)味道似椰香咖哩,比平時食嘅稀同清淡,

味道似椰香咖哩,比平時食嘅稀同清淡,撈飯食唔會太膩,但我鍾意濃味同杰身少少,薄切豬頸肉邊脆肉嫩好香口。

平日叫主食可以加錢配是日小食,飲品半價,三款小食配返三款醬汁幾講究,紫菜雞卷最好食,雞肉炸過都唔鞋,配蛋黃醬,泰式魚餅幾彈牙,配參峇椰油辣椒醬,較多油,炸春卷就正常發揮,配酸甜醬。
