餐廳:芯 (銅鑼灣)地址:銅鑼灣銅鑼灣廣場一期201號舖對上一次嚟呢間日本餐廳——芯 @shin_cwb__hk 已經喺一年前,今次經過見到佢哋推出咗個之前無見過嘅晚市二人套餐——御二人樣用($568),套餐仲要有幾款清酒梅酒可以品嚐🍶,對於鍾意飲酒嘅人嚟講確實幾唔錯😎有前菜、兩樣主菜、串燒、甜品同三款酒,有別於一般二人套餐,呢個餐得鐵板燒可以揀食咩款式嘅肉🥩,除此之外全部都喺由餐廳安排,咁男女朋友就唔洗鬧交爭住要嗌啲咩嘢食啦😆✝️前菜——韃靼吞拿魚塔以吞拿魚取代生牛肉整成嘅韃靼吞拿魚塔,先將牛油果切粒整成塔底🥑,中間層放上吞拿魚蓉,上高加上三文魚籽同蔬菜裝飾,最後淋上用海膽同醬油混合而成嘅雲丹醬油,吞拿魚同海膽互相交錯令鮮味額外突出,配埋啱配前菜、比較清新同淡味嘅翔雲純米吟釀就最啱😌✝️一品目——鯛魚飯以西日式fusion方法去整,似足意大利燴飯咁嘅鯛魚飯,未食已經聞到誘人嘅木魚花香,濕濕哋嘅燴飯口感配上粒粒嫩滑鯛魚碎同辣椒絲等,魚嘅鮮香滲透喺每一啖飯之間🥰,確實夠晒特色😋✝️二品目——外側腹橫肌 安格斯牛嘅外側腹橫肌,喺位於牛肋骨之間、呈長方形嘅牛肉,脂肪少但脂香豐腴,柔嫩嘅肉質令人抗拒
