今晚收工同老婆去了中環蘇豪區一間日式餐廳食串燒,但感覺完全是飲返兩杯,談談心,有以前拍拖的感覺,有情調又坐得舒服☺️。先來個清酒,🍶飲落清純又香,易入口🙂。和牛朴葉味噌燒,這個日本白川鄉特色食品是透過錫紙加熱令朴葉燒香,再加上熱辣辣味噌配上和牛😋很想吃吧😎,如果有碗白飯就正😅。再來個海膽包,紫菜包住海膽再令去炸脆外皮,脆卜卜口感咬落是豐富海膽😋😋。之後有串燒免治雞肉棒,記得食之前點日本蛋+汁,非常滑溜再帶一點甜👍🏻。這個燒油甘魚餃,燒得好香,皮脆脆,但魚肉有非常豐富的魚油,真係超正(必食)。還有這個鰻魚脆脆,賣相靚,彩虹似的,咬落超脆,以鰻魚皮為主,特色小食👍🏻。最後一定要食個雪葩,我揀了菠蘿味😋,成個小型菠蘿上碟,食落非常sweet😋😋。真係超滿足👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻。
