To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日帶大家嚟到銅鑼灣中心地帶,Fashion Walk後街嘅小巷嘅一間冰室。假日嚟到都冇咩人流唔駛等位。紅白格子枱布配傳統嘅圓桌,仲有扮巴士嘅區域係紅色嘅卡位梳化位置,到處都放滿咗香港唔同地區嘅招牌,好有香港文化嘅感覺。距離銅鑼灣地鐵站5分鐘步程,餐廳都算好闊落,分為室內同室外區域, 呢個夏天周圍都好悶熱,入到嚟即刻覺得好涼爽,冷氣都幾夠!(怕凍嘅朋友,記得帶件外套仔)其實之前每次經過銅鑼灣都約朋友嚟呢間冰室食下午茶,今次就嚟試吓佢嘅鐵板燒同其他單點菜單。朋友點咗鐵板西冷扒加一杯熱奶茶,跟餐叫咗個意粉同蒜蓉汁,鐵板燒得夠熱落汁「咋咋」聲,西冷扒份量都算幾大份,配埋牛油西蘭花同菠蘿(罐頭甜味),意粉本身加咗調味同整得幾爽口,熱奶茶幾香滑!另一位朋友叫咗一個焗肉醬意粉,應該係用免治牛肉同豬肉整成,略嫌醬汁不足,但味道都幾濃郁,份量就一般都夠食。我點嘅係雞批浮台~雞批菠菜蓉湯,雞批好大一個放在菠菜蓉湯嘅中心,熱辣辣嘅雞批食到忌廉雞蓉同雞肉口感與香味,酥皮嘅表面好酥脆,配埋菠菜蓉湯真係意外地夾同香滑。特飲黑牛係分開叫,雪糕份量幾足,要分幾次倒可樂入去飲,啱晒呢個天氣飲!我另外再叫咗一份香煎法蘭

我另外再叫咗一份香煎法蘭西多士,其實真係有少少失望,因為西多嘅厚度非常之薄,一般舊式西多係會用兩層麵包片夾住花生醬再以雞蛋漿攞去煎/炸,首先唔夠香脆,而且感覺唔到誠意,不過我都另外叫佢俾奶醬我配嚟食,味道是ok 可以接受。

其實以冰室價錢佢都係偏貴,不過座落銅鑼灣中心點,都算情有可原 ,只是真心可以再俾多少少誠意先會吸引到顧客。
