放假即興去試新餐廳食德國豬手，豬手調味唔差，皮有一半脆，另一半脆得黎又淋淋地，但豬手肉就真係唔夠熱，似翻叮叮熟左外皮，因為入面唔熱，知道太熱係好難切開，但係唔熱就係食得無咁開心囉。配菜有酸菜同薯仔沙律，呢兩樣味道好一般。啤酒方面選擇都算多既，有手工啤又有黑啤，個人喜愛飲黑啤，揀左Erdinger. 不過友人果杯朱古力味黑啤仲正，不過唔記得左影底... 其實一人一杯啤酒同一隻豬手share已經好飽！下次會去試下其他野食既。
