今日去完香港大學,打算響附近是但食D野,但假日嘅薄扶林十分寧靜,好多食店都冇開。行下行下見到呢間新開嘅小食店。表面上賣下魚蛋燒賣之類,但我見到間野個名話係星馬美食,理應主打食物應該係星馬野!相信魚蛋燒賣都係順便賣下姐。雖然店舖細細,得幾個位,但起碼坐得黎都OK寬闊,唔會好迫。我叫左碗馬來沙嗲雞肉米粉,聞起黎有D香味,但唔知係咩黎,仲有D椰絲。開頭食落去好似酸酸地,但原來先發現係花生醬,我溝勻椰絲同花生醬,陣味唔同左,好特別喎!呢種味真係同平時D連鎖餐廳食嘅有唔同。肉同蛋同豆卜都幾入味,但最估唔到原來青瓜係可以中和下,食一塊又幾清新喎!仲有,原來所有沙嗲、喇沙汁都係老闆自家調製架!
