老牌的港式粉麵係香港已經唔係得返好多間,近年疫情都令好多老字號都結業。大埔都仲有幾間的粉麵店仲保持水準,依間係尤其牛腩類的真整得好出色。今次點了筋腩撈粗麵,麵餅都大份,係鹼水味較重,而牛筋入味又軟腍;牛腩都夠腍👍🏻👍🏻。另一碗點左肚腩河加底,牛肚係金錢肚,都炆得好爽唔UN!! 今次都好想食蛋片,又加左碗淨蛋片,彈牙、好夠鮮味,唔會似有D係一咬就散,配埋佢地個辣椒油加豉油,真係好好食。不過湯河粉都要加底先夠食…
