傳統港式麵包店買少見少,很麵包店轉為日式,連鎖店或已不再自設烤焗麵包房。今日經過佐敦寶靈街的「紅豆烘焙」,看到他們有多款傳統港式麵包,不禁走入去買個道地麵包作下午茶及早餐。首選道地港式菠蘿麵包,加埋塊牛油真係不得了。這個「酥皮菠蘿牛油包」$9,價錢合理。香脆的酥皮下是鬆軟的麵包,香氣四溢,菠蘿油微微烤熱後,牛油熔在麵包裡,入口外脆內香,味道不錯,歎杯咖啡,當作下午茶真享受。「 法蘭克福熱狗」$11,這款麵包都是下午茶之選,香脆克福熱狗腸香口惹味,芝麻包令口腔更添滋味。另外買埋「合桃提子包」$13,大大個,做早餐一流。
