好耐好耐之前食過一次,之前更結業左一段時間,係上年重開返,不過一直未黎再試下,終於過來紅磡呢邊可以食返好值得保留既港式漢堡包。環境係黃埔新天地重開左一段時間,都未黎幫襯過新店,設計西式好多,同舊店風格完全唔一樣,不過都有保留到港式風味。餐牌好有港式味道,有股舊香港既風格,設計得幾靚,仲有好多食物揀,唔止漢堡包,連小食,甚至係粉麵飯意粉都有。秘製生果沙律 $12幾抵食,用上蘋果粒及梨粒,簡單開胃。炸雞脾 $27有得揀要黑椒汁/炸/滷水,今日想食炸脾,都幾大隻,用生炸方式,皮薄而脆,而雞肉保持到嫩滑冇雪藏味,以快餐店黎講都做得唔錯。雞全翼 $27由樣有得揀要黑椒汁/炸/滷水,呢款就要左黑椒汁,其實佢外層同樣都係生炸左,都做得好香口,睇你中意食脾/全翼,兩款一樣好食。炸薯條 $22茶記既間條紋粗薯,正常茶餐廳質素冇乜特別。雙層漢堡包 $35有得三揀二,芝士/蛋/火腿,配左芝士、蛋,而醬汁有得揀秘製沙律醬/黑椒汁/咖哩汁/茄汁/走汁,當然配左招牌秘製沙律醬。港式漢堡包,用嘉頓麵包做面同底,包身唔大個,牛肉漢堡扒都同包身差不多大,一咬落去,份量岩岩好,唔會太大又唔會食空氣,牛肉漢堡扒唔韌,都算鬆
